The Role We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Maintenance Apprentice to join our team at our Altona Service Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and develop the skills needed to become a qualified Maintenance Fitter. Your Responsibilities Assist with maintenance and repairs on plant and equipment under supervision Learn to identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues Participate in preventative maintenance activities Support exciting projects and equipment upgrades Follow all safety procedures and CHEP standards Engage in on-the-job and off-site training as part of your apprenticeship What We’re Looking For A genuine interest in mechanical systems and hands-on work A strong commitment to safety and learning Good communication and teamwork skills Completion of Year 10 (minimum) Willingness to undertake a Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and we are committed to developing a diverse workforce in which everyone is treated fairly, with respect, and has the opportunity to contribute to business success while realizing his or her potential.
