The client offers ongoing roles with potential for extension or temp-to-perm opportunities, making this an excellent option for both experienced warehouse workers and those looking to grow within the logistics field. Flexibility is key, with shifts running Monday to Sunday. About Us We are seeking Pick-Packers to join a leading global retailer's distribution centre in Prestons. In this role, you'll be responsible for voice picking, pallet wrapping, stacking, and preparing goods for dispatch. You’ll work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Some duties may involve cold storage areas (PPE provided). Shifts are available Monday to Sunday, with varying start times. Flexibility is required for early mornings to night shifts, lasting 6‑8 hours. While forklift and voice-picking experience are preferred, they are not essential. You should be physically fit, comfortable with repetitive lifting, and able to meet daily pick targets. Steel cap boots and high‑visibility clothing are required for safety. Your Profile Physically Capable : Handle repetitive lifting and heavy goods. Detail‑Oriented : Ensure accuracy when picking and preparing orders. Adaptable : Work in cold storage areas as needed and perform various tasks such as pallet wrapping. Reliable & Punctual : Flexibility to work various shifts across different days, including early morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Team Player : Collaborative and able to meet individual and team targets in a busy warehouse environment. Job Offer Competitive Pay Rates : Starting from $34/hr, with higher rates for early morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Temp-to-Perm Opportunities : Potential for long-term employment with chances to transition into a permanent role. Diverse Shifts : Flexible work schedule across various shifts, including early morning, day, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Sunday.
