The Role The suitable applicants will support the teacher in delivering educational programmes, ensuring safe and hygienic storage and handling of food and utensils. Under teacher direction they will assist with individual or small group demonstrations and be responsible for preparing and maintaining the learning environment, managing equipment and resources, assisting with cleaning and storage of items, and ensuring safety is maintained. Additionally, the suitable applicants will oversee classroom and storeroom resources, maintain inventory lists, monitor stock levels, and liaise with relevant staff for procurement and purchasing. Responsibilities Support the teacher in delivering classroom and programme activities. Assist with safe storage and handling of food and utensils. Provide individual or small group demonstrations under teacher direction. Prepare and maintain the learning environment, managing equipment and resources. Assist with cleaning and storage of items and ensure safety is maintained. Maintain inventory lists, monitor stock levels, and liaise for procurement. Qualifications Proactive, positive approach and able to work autonomously and as part of a team. Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks. Initiative, efficiency and a willingness to learn.
