About the role The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementation and support of ERP solutions - design, business process review, system build, training, and post-implementation support. The role can be based remotely, with interstate and overseas travel requirements 2-3 times per quarter. Duties Reporting to the Director of Customer Operations, the role is focussed on supporting and guiding clients through end to end implementations, which can typically take from 12- 18 months. The role requires functional specifications, system configuration, solution testing, and ensuring successful user experiences. Acceptance testing, end-user training, and support Business Process Review with prospects and customers Requirements gathering and documentation with customers for modification development Providing training to both customers and internal team members Perform data validation and reconciliation with the data conversion team and customers Working with the Project Manager to deliver projects within scope, on time, and within budget Achieve productivity, customer satisfaction and billable KPI’s Skills & Experience The ideal candidate will have a track record of implementing ERP solutions from the vendor side or from a software consulting firm, with commercial experience and a strong business process understanding. Tertiary qualification in a business-related field (accounting/commerce) preferred Strong knowledge of financials within ERP products Previous experience producing specifications for modifications for ERP systems Client-facing ERP implementation experienceExperience with BI solutions such as Power BI, associated data analysis, SQL, and data warehousing Culture Their culture is supportive, inclusive and progressive.
