Business Support Assistant – Administration & Marketing – Clear Health Psychology – Mount Lawley, WA Make a real impact behind the scenes in a growing psychology practice. Clear Health Psychology is a values-driven organisation providing high-quality psychological services across 18 locations in Western Australia. We support over 200+ independent clinicians and a growing head office team, all working toward one goal: making mental health care more accessible, calm and supportive for our community. We’re looking for a Business Support Assistant with a keen eye for detail and a flair for marketing to join our head office team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of admin, coordination, and creative work – and loves getting things done. The role Working closely with the Business Improvement & Marketing Manager and the Business Support Officers, you will: Administration & Business Support Provide day-to-day administrative support to the head office and site teams Assist with document preparation, data entry, reporting and maintaining shared spreadsheets Support clinician onboarding tasks (e.g. collecting information, updating internal records, file management) Coordinate inbox management for shared email accounts (e.g. marketing and general enquiries) Help prepare meeting agendas, minutes and follow-up actions Assist with maintaining up-to-date policies, procedures and training resources Marketing & Communications Assist with creating and scheduling social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) Help update website content (e.g. clinician profiles, fee changes, blog posts, service pages) Coordinate marketing collateral for sites (posters, flyers, brochures, GP packs) Support email campaigns and newsletters (eDMs to clients, GPs and referrers) Track basic marketing metrics (follows, engagement, campaign responses) and compile simple reports Liaise with internal stakeholders to collect content, stories and updates for marketing use About you You’ll thrive in this role if you are: Highly organised, with strong attention to detail Confident using Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace and comfortable learning new systems A clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal Able to juggle multiple tasks and switch between admin and creative work Collaborative, proactive and happy to “pitch in” where needed Passionate about mental health, wellbeing and client-centred service Experience & skills (desired) Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, coordinator or support role Exposure to marketing, communications, social media or design is highly regarded Experience in healthcare, allied health or professional services is a bonus Basic design skills (Canva or similar) are an advantage, but not essential What we offer A supportive, friendly head office team that genuinely cares about what we do Opportunities to grow your skills in both business operations and marketing On-the-job training and exposure to a wide variety of projects A values-based culture focused on calm, trust, initiative and getting things done Competitive remuneration, commensurate with experience How to apply If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
