The Role: We are seeking an experienced Structural Foreman to lead our on-site structural teams. You will supervise trades, coordinate works, and ensure projects run safely, on time, and to specification. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise structural teams (carpenters, concreters, labourers). Read and interpret structural drawings and plans. Schedule and manage works to meet project deadlines. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Manage materials, plant, and equipment efficiently. Mentor team members to improve skills and productivity. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients. Requirements: Proven experience as a Foreman in structural or commercial construction. Strong knowledge of structural systems, formwork, and concrete works. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Construction White Card and relevant tickets. Strong commitment to safety and quality.
