About the Role As a Car Care Consultant, you will be responsible for presenting and selling a broad range of aftermarket products that enhance and protect a customer’s vehicle purchase. You will work closely with sales teams, engage directly with customers, and play a key role in the dealership’s overall profitability. This is a genuine sales role with strong earning potential, high customer volume, and the support of an experienced management team. Key Responsibilities Present and sell a range of aftermarket products and protection options Build rapport and trust quickly with customers face-to-face and over the phone Maintain high product knowledge across all aftermarket categories Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the buying experience Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Collaborate with Sales Team to maximise customer opportunities Register products sold and maintain accurate compliance and reporting Who You Are A strong communicator who connects with customers instantly Financially motivated and hungry to exceed targets A natural closer with strong influencing and presentation skills Professional, engaging, and resilient under pressure Process-focused with excellent attention to detail Experienced in automotive aftercare or a high-achieving salesperson from another Why Join blinkr?
