.Position Outcomes / AccountabilitiesPlanning and Delivery

-Lead a multidisciplinary team of commercial specialists to ensure delivery of future contractual arrangements, commercial performance, pricing structures and relevant policy & legislative requirements and risk management frameworks.Provide high-level and authoritative strategic advice to senior executives and Ministers on future pathways of the future public transport ticketing system. Ensure that advice appropriately reflects the risks, opportunities, and benefits to inform their decision making.Led development of key communication material, including briefs, policies, business plans, strategies, progress reports to key stakeholders including the steering committee. Collaboratively worked with the senior leadership to support the strategic planning process and delivery of departmental priorities.Led delivery of all associated ticketing procurements across the PTT Delivery Program and ensured their compliance to all contractual functionality and delivery milestones.Developed strategies and provided authoritative advice on all program risks to Ministers, Secretaries and the executive leadership team within the Department to ensure appropriate mitigations are in place and to allow informed decision making by the department.Leadership

Additionally, the candidate must exhibit expertise in systems thinking, enabling them to formulate strategic courses of action based on a comprehensive understanding of the business environment and its systems.
