Your Opportunity Our newly created Senior Finance Business Partner will lead global financial forecasting, monthly reporting, and KPI-driven performance insights. You’ll partner closely with Senior Leaders and the Finance Director to deliver accurate global financials, strengthen reporting frameworks, and uncover cost efficiencies across the P&L. This role will also drive process improvements, implement dashboarding tools, and build a high-performing team that strengthens financial insight across the business. Senior Finance Business Partner responsibilities Reporting and Insights Create and maintain rolling monthly forecasts across P&L lines and country allocations. Lead monthly management reporting, including variance analysis and commentary. Partner with the Finance Director to deliver timely and accurate global monthly financials to CFO. Develop KPI-based reporting packs for regional and divisional performance tracking. Consolidate global inputs for forecasts and contribute to operating expense forecasting. Identify cost efficiency opportunities across the P&L. Develop and enhance business reporting structures and tools. Champion business process improvements and automation. Implement dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI) to improve visibility and decision-making. Leadership Build strong partnerships with Senior Leaders across HR, Payroll, Merchandising, Buying, Marketing, Retail Operations, and IT. Develop, coach, and lead a high-performing team, fostering capability, accountability, and continuous improvement. Communicate insights and recommendations clearly and confidently. We are looking for the below skillset and experience CA or CPA qualified Experience in finance roles in medium to large organisations, preferably with ASX listed company experience Microsoft Excel – Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills. Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders. Driven to develop a winning operational team through effective leadership and a willingness and desire to support peers in the wider team. Experience with financial systems and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI). Solid technical accounting knowledge and Senior acumen. High attention to detail and analytical thinking. Retail experience highly desirable. Excellent oral and written communication.
