Join us in our purpose to keep farmers, farming About the Role As our Service Scheduler, you’ll play a key role in promoting, preparing, and managing the flow of work through the Service Department. You’ll liaise daily with customers, and Service Technicians to coordinate service schedules, allocate resources, and maintain our workflow systems to achieve high efficiency and customer satisfaction. Managing incoming work requests and scheduling jobs efficiently based on team capacity and customer needs Preparing jobs for execution — ensuring parts, tools, and resources are available and aligned with the schedule Maintaining the electronic service schedule and workflow system to meet company KPIs Liaising with customers regarding job progress, repairs, and service recommendations Coordinating with Parts, Sales and Admin teams to ensure seamless communication and job completion Supporting Service initiatives such as warranty, inspection, and customer support programs Monitoring work progress and technician allocation to maintain strong labour efficiency Ensuring accurate job closures and readiness for invoicing Promoting service excellence through proactive communication and attention to detail What You’ll Need Proven administrative experience in a busy service or workshop environment Strong organisational and communication skills, with a solutions-driven mindset Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and digital systems Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy under pressure Customer-focused approach with excellent relationship-building skills A basic understanding of mechanical or agricultural terminology What We Offer Competitive Hourly Rates Defined pathways & genuine opportunities across our 15 branches in VIC & SA Work with industry leaders including John Deere and STIHL Family‑first policies: flexible hours, purchased leave, paid parental leave Access to John Deere University, training, and internal leadership programs Dedicated service coordinators, modern workshops, and a collaborative team environment “Healthy Workmates” program, free confidential counselling (EAP), and active social clubs Salary sacrifice options and a values-driven culture Further information please contact Beck, our in‑house Recruiter.
