The Opportunity We're seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join Stockland as Head of Enterprise Risk. Reporting to the Group Risk Officer (GM, Group Risk), this role is critical in delivering Stockland's Group Risk strategy and shaping a consistent, best-practice approach to enterprise risk management across the organisation. You’ll lead a team responsible for enterprise risk activities, the group insurance program, business continuity, data governance, reporting, systems, and analytics. What You'll Do Develop and execute the strategic plan for the Enterprise Risk team. Oversee enterprise risk management frameworks, policies, and governance standards. Manage the internal audit program and ensure effective embedding of risk culture across first and second lines. Lead the group insurance program, including renewals and stakeholder engagement. Drive organisational resilience through business continuity and crisis management practices. Shape Stockland's data risk management strategy, covering governance, ethics, security, and incident response. Prepare and deliver high-quality reporting for Audit and Risk Committees and senior leadership. Build strong partnerships internally and externally to deliver successful business outcomes. Lead and mentor a team of managers and analysts to achieve objectives aligned with Stockland's values. Experience & Skills That Count 10+ years' experience in enterprise risk management, governance, and insurance program oversight. Proven ability to develop and implement risk frameworks and lead complex risk initiatives. Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
