Please visit our website for more information about what we do at We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide on-site/on-call assistance to end-users within the organisation’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery. We are seeking a highly skilled Citrix Resilience Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing Citrix virtualization solutions to ensure resilience and secure active network projects. This role requires a deep understanding of Citrix technologies, AWS integration, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Citrix Virtualization Implementation: Lead the implementation of Citrix virtualization solutions, ensuring high availability, scalability, and resilience AWS Integration: Work closely with AWS teams to integrate Citrix solutions with AWS infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget Technical Support: Provide L2 and L3 support for Citrix environments, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented solutions, including architecture diagrams, configuration settings, and operational procedures Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and customer service, to ensure successful project delivery Training and Handover: Train internal teams on the implemented solutions and ensure a smooth handover to business-as-usual (BAU) operations Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Citrix Netscaler and virtualization technologies Technical Skills Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), Citrix Cloud, and Citrix ADC Strong understanding of AWS services and integration with Citrix solutions Experience with load balancing, firewalls, and network security Familiarity with packet capture and analysis tools such as Wireshark Soft Skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) Certifications in Citrix (e.g., CCA-V, CCP-V) and AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) Experience with other load balancers like F5 LTM/GTM, Barracuda, or Cisco What next?
