About the role: We’re looking for a proactive and passionate People & Culture Advisor to join our Sydney office and play a key role in supporting our people strategy across a portfolio of agencies. Reporting into the Head of People & Culture, you’ll provide guidance across the full employee lifecycle, partnering with managers and teams to deliver exceptional experiences and drive cultural initiatives. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work on everything from employment relations and onboarding to learning and development, immigration, and national projects. In this role, you’ll be the go‑to partner for all things People & Culture – supporting your agencies across the following: Employment Relations: Provide advice on policies and Fair Work legislation, support case management and investigations, and coach managers. Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage onboarding processes, deliver inductions, conduct check‑ins and exit interviews. Culture & Engagement: Help plan and deliver cultural initiatives to boost engagement and retention. Learning & Development: Promote a learning culture, coordinate training programs, and assist with remuneration reviews. People Strategy & Projects: Contribute to the agency People Strategy and support national and Groupe‑level projects. Immigration: Act as the point of contact for visa and immigration queries, ensuring compliance. Reporting & Administration: Prepare reports, analyse people data, and support central P&C systems and processes. The person we are looking for has: 3+ years’ experience in a HR generalist role with exposure to the full employee lifecycle. Strong knowledge of Fair Work legislation and experience handling ER cases. Experience in a multi‑national, matrix organisation (agency experience a bonus). High level of confidentiality and professionalism. Tech‑savvy with strong Microsoft Office experience and comfort with digital platforms. Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively at all levels. Highly organised, resilient, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
