About the Role / Key Responsibilities: We are inviting experienced applicants to join our research team in the idyllic location of either Beverley or Esperance in WA. We are looking for a motivated and organised person with agricultural experience and a practical skillset. This role is primarily outdoors and plays a critical part in machinery operation at the peak times of sowing and harvest. If you have an eye for detail, a love for the industry and are mechanically minded – this is the role for you About You: We are looking for someone who has: A tertiary qualification in Agriculture/Science; A genuine interest in agriculture; Excellent people skills to interact with colleagues, growers and clients; The ability to work both autonomously and within a small team; A natural curiosity and the ability to problem solve; A current driver's license. Overnight travel may be required during peak seasonal times.Chemical knowledge and a ChemCERT accreditation is desirable, but not essential.
