Kingsmen Capital Partners is a specialist private credit and structured lending institution operating across Australia and New Zealand. The firm structures and deploys senior secured mezzanine and bespoke credit facilities across residential, commercial and development mandates, guided by institutional underwriting standards, formal credit governance, AML/CTF compliance and disciplined execution frameworks. Role Overview The Private Credit Origination Manager will be responsible for originating, structuring and executing private credit transactions while engaging wholesale investors to raise capital into Kingsmen’s managed lending facilities and fund vehicles. The role requires a commercially disciplined operator capable of managing both borrower‑side and capital‑side workflows with precision, including credit assessment, due diligence, capital structure evaluation, covenant feasibility and investor communication. Key Responsibilities Originate qualified lending opportunities across residential, commercial and development finance, including acquisition refinancing, construction funding, stretched senior secured and mezzanine transactions. Conduct preliminary credit due diligence—including sponsor capability, collateral class suitability, residual stock analysis, feasibility assumptions, capital stack mapping and exit pathway validation—prior to credit submission. Engage directly with developers, property sponsors, business owners, mortgage managers, aggregation networks, intermediary channels, private lenders and independent introducers to facilitate efficient and reliable funding outcomes. Raise capital from wholesale investors, family offices, private wealth groups, adviser networks and sophisticated individuals into Kingsmen’s private credit strategies under compliant wholesale offer settings. Support negotiation of key commercial terms such as LVR thresholds, interest margin, drawdown structuring, progress claim controls, intercreditor ranking, pricing adjustments, covenant positioning, default remedies and early repayment arrangements. Manage end‑to‑end transaction workflow—including origination, credit assessment, approval, term‑sheet issuance, legal documentation execution and settlement—adhering to AML/CTF, KYC and SFF verification requirements. Prepare structured transaction summaries, credit memos, IC briefs, investor notes and allocation rationale in alignment with Kingsmen’s institutional communication and governance standards. Maintain complete CRM accuracy, including pipeline tracking, conversion velocity, capital pacing, allocation planning, settlement forecasts and audit‑ready compliance documentation. Support ongoing investor relationship management with periodic reporting, distribution communication, unit registry confirmation and capital deployment updates. Performance Benchmarks Minimum 8 M in loan settlements per month across in‑house and external funding channels. Minimum 5 M in capital raised per month into Kingsmen‑managed lending strategies. Demonstrated pipeline depth with forward settlement visibility and clear capital deployment cadence. Maintenance of full CRM accuracy, documentation record integrity and compliance alignment at all times. Embedded trans‑Tasman network ensuring continuous origination input, capital flow and strategic borrower access. Required Experience Demonstrated success in commercial lending, private credit, property finance, mortgage brokerage, capital advisory or structured finance environments. Strong understanding of secured lending credit fundamentals, property feasibility, valuation methodologies, construction risk mitigation and covenant structuring. Ability to engage confidently and credibly with borrowers, sponsors, introducers, legal counsel, valuers, investors and strategic partners. High standard of written and verbal communication with structured executive presence in deal and investor dialogue.
