Ramp and Baggage Agent – Sydney International Airport dnata is one of the world’s most recognised ground services companies. We are looking for motivated, passionate, team‑focused and energetic employees to provide excellent service to our customers with on‑the‑job training and opportunities for career progression. Responsibilities Assist with the movement of ground services equipment (aircraft stairs, mobile conveyors, tugs, belt loaders, etc.) Assist with the marshalling of arriving aircraft in accordance with procedures Assist with safe and timely aircraft push‑back and towing activities; drive and operate diverse push‑back tractors (both conventional and tow‑bar‑less types) Handle baggage management duties and other capacity‑handling tasks as required Be able to lift up to 23 kg What We Offer 5 weeks of annual leave 15 days of personal leave On‑site parking (paid fully by dnata) Full uniform costs covered (including PPE and steel‑cap boots) Covered cost of your Airport ID (ASIC) Minimum 24 hours per week on a permanent part‑time basis Opportunity to work for a global company Great team environment Extensive training and support Requirements Australian/New Zealand citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency Willingness to undertake a pre‑employment medical test Willingness to undergo an Australian Federal Police security check Valid driver’s licence Basic to intermediate computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of customer service skills Availability to work on a rotating roster How to Apply If you are passionate about developing your aviation career and becoming a key member of the dnata team at Sydney International Airport, this is your chance After you apply, we will contact suitable candidates within three weeks of the closing date. #J-18808-Ljbffr
