This company is looking for a Portfolio Lead to focus on their OTC Portfolio, in a highly strategic leadership role where you will lead the Senior Brand Manager whilst shaping the future success of this portfolio. This role reports to the Customer Experience Lead. What will you be doing? Lead the marketing objectives, strategies and tactics for the portfolio including the development of brand plans across the OTC portfolio Lead the brand team across the portfolio, developing high levels of performance through effective coaching Manage strategic partnerships with Key Business Partners across ANZ Drive the achievement of sales targets and whilst managing financial forecasts across the business Manage key stakeholder relationships whilst collaborating with internal stakeholders Support the sales force with marketing material and strategy What background should you have? A post-graduate marketing or business qualification or a science / pharmacy degree. A minimum of 5 years of sales and marketing experience within the Pharmacy or OTC sector . Previous line management experience preferred. Completion of the Medicines Australia CEP. Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive a high-performance culture and foster a positive team environment. Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and persuasive presentation skills. Strong collaborative spirit, with experience working effectively across cross-functional teams. What's on offer?
