About the Role Due to continued growth, we’re seeking a Broker Associate to provide day-to-day administrative and client support across our residential, commercial, and asset finance operations. This is a flexible role ideal for someone looking to build their career in finance - with the potential to step into a Mortgage Broker position for the right candidate. Key responsibilities include: Data entry and maintaining client records Ordering property valuations and reviewing supporting documents Liaising with clients, lenders, and key stakeholders Assisting with loan applications, documentation, and compliance checks Preparing client summaries and presentation documents Monitoring applications from submission through to settlement General administration and workflow support About You You’ll be someone who’s: Organised, proactive, and detail-focused Confident communicating with clients and banks Comfortable working independently with flexible hours available Interested in finance, property, or accounting (experience desirable but not essential) Competent with Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems Self-motivated and driven to learn and grow Desirable (but not essential): Experience in mortgage or finance administration Understanding of the loan application process Completion (or willingness to complete) a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking Why Join Empire Finance Mortgage Brokers?
