ABOUT THE ROLE: 06:30 to 14:00 Monday to Friday Award Level, VICEA2018 - Level 4 Security Officer Wilson Security has an exciting new Full‑Time role vacant in Bendigo. The opportunity allows you to work in a corporate style environment bringing forward your experience as a Security Officer. This position is crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & client Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification Providing support to tenants and Facilities Managing contractors and deliveries through dock management Responding to emergency situations WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Strong Customer Service Skills Proactive and problem‑solving mindset Willing to support and step up as required into other roles Ability to work well in a team or autonomously Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes) Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods Crowd Control endorsement will be highly desirable Current First Aid & CPR Certificate Wilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
