As the Assistant Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager , you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Pre-Owned Sales Manager and leading the Certified Pre-Owned operations at Mercedes-Benz Brighton. This is a hands-on position where you’ll help drive team performance, ensure the highest presentation standards, and maintain a strong customer focus in line with the brand’s premium expectations. What you’ll be doing: Support the Pre-Owned Sales Manager in leading, coaching, and motivating the team to achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets Assist with day‑to‑day sales operations, including team performance management, process adherence, and training. Oversee Certified Pre-Owned vehicle presentation, pricing, and inventory control in collaboration with the Sales Manager. Contribute to the execution of sales and marketing strategies, lead management, and customer retention programs. Ensure compliance with all Mercedes-Benz brand standards, retail programs, and certification requirements. Maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering an exceptional experience that reflects the Mercedes-Benz brand. Support interdepartmental collaboration to enhance overall dealership performance. Accurately maintaining records and paperwork and complying with relevant regulations. What you’ll bring: Experience in automotive sales, ideally within a luxury or prestige brand environment. Strong understanding of Certified Pre-Owned programs and premium customer service expectations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-support skills. Motivation to grow in a leadership role and contribute to team success. Professional presentation, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
