This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who is eager to learn, reliable, and excited about renewable energy. Key Responsibilities Commercial Solar Installation Assist with installing commercial‑scale solar PV systems Work on mounting rail systems, panel installation, cable runs, and inverter setups Perform basic electrical tasks under supervision Help with system testing, commissioning, and documentation Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and organisation Follow all industry standards and installation best practices Commercial Electrical Maintenance Assist with routine electrical maintenance, repairs, and equipment testing Help troubleshoot faults in commercial lighting, power circuits, and electrical systems Support the team with switchboard work, upgrades, and component replacement Perform basic tasks such as cable pulling, conduit installation, and tool handling Maintain tools, equipment, and job site safety Interact professionally with clients and facility staff on commercial sites What We’re Looking For Apprentices (any year) OR Trade Assistants looking to grow Interest in solar energy and commercial electrical work Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Good communication and team‑oriented attitude Basic tools and driver’s licence (or working towards this) White Card (preferred) Eager to develop skills and progress with the company What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Ongoing training & mentorship Exposure to large commercial renewable energy projects Supportive company culture Career progression opportunities within RT Projects Uniforms, PPE and industry‑standard equipment Safe, modern work environment How to Apply Ready to kick‑start your career in commercial solar and electrical?
