In this pivotal role, you'll provide operational and clinical supervision, guide evidence-based practice, support performance outcomes, and contribute to strategic direction—all while making a tangible impact on the mental health of young people.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise clinicians, conduct case reviews, and lead various meetings relating to intake and client management Guide and support evidence-based practices within the team Oversee key partnerships and maintain stakeholder relationships Train and mentor new clinicians Collaborate on strategic initiatives with the Operations Manager Maintain oversight of service KPIs and reporting Deliver direct client support as needed Essential CriteriaApproved tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline (such as Psychology, Social Work, Registered Nursing or Occupational Therapy), and provisional or full membership with AHPRA or an appropriate professional body Driver’s Licence Benefits & CultureAs an organisation we celebrate our diversity and welcome all people regardless of ethnicity, faith, sexual orientation and gender identity.
