Established 23 years, Accent Benchtops is a successful privately owned company, manufacturing and installing benchtops for the building industry in both domestic and commercial applications. Job tasks and responsibilities To support current growth within the business we are seeking to employ a Trade Assistant to work alongside an experienced Installer. The role is predominantly on the road installing custom‑made benchtops, site measured beforehand to ensure accurate fit. The role will require client and builder liaising to ensure customer satisfaction. You will need an eye for detail and clear communication skills. You must be physically fit as the job requires some heavy lifting. You must be able to take instructions and strive to achieve excellent customer satisfaction. Skills and experience Experience in benchtop installation will be a definite advantage but those willing to learn a new trade will be given consideration. Ideally you will have power tools experience and be good with your hands. Strong work ethic – must be reliable and punctual. Must be able to work flexible hours as these vary from day to day.
