About the Role In this permanent full‑time role, you will: Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements. Develop and refine performance reporting frameworks, KPIs, and data specifications. Deliver business and technical analysis to support organisational reporting, impact measurement, and service planning. Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and technical teams to design robust data and reporting solutions. Support end‑to‑end project delivery using Agile methodologies. Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. Contribute to change management activities relating to data, reporting, and business processes. Promote a collaborative team culture and maintain effective relationships across directorates. About You To be successful, you will bring: Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst. Strong experience delivering reporting solutions and supporting business process design. Advanced skills in requirements gathering, documentation (BRDs, functional specs, user stories), process modelling and data analysis. Experience facilitating workshops with a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders. Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, SQL, and business analysis/project management tools. High‑level communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
