About the role We are seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to join our fun and supportive team in our Grafton Pharmacy Seeking a full-time Pharmacy Assistant Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday roster What’s In It For You? Duties Deliver exceptional customer service while efficiently processing sales at the pharmacy counter; Offer helpful, non‑therapeutic advice and product recommendations to support customer wellbeing; Collaborate with a supportive team to help deliver a range of pharmacy services; Take ownership of stock management, including replenishment and merchandising; Build positive relationships by managing customer expectations with care and professionalism. Skills and Experience Previous retail and customer service experience preferred; S2/S3 certification valued but not required; Confident with EFTPOS, POS systems, and cash handling; Strong communication skills and a team‑focused attitude; No pharmacy experience needed - full training provided Does this sound like the role for you?
