Line Manager (Afternoon Shift) Be part of our next phase of exciting growth and evolution within our production team. We have an exciting opportunity for a Line Manager (Afternoon Shift) to join our team. This role plays an integral part in fostering and enhancing our performance culture. Responsibilities Providing leadership across the shift through effective coaching and mentoring. Being a safety champion to ensure all tasks are done safely. Drive an end to end quality culture for our products and everything we do. Supporting the development of a continuous improvement culture on site. Engaging with production staff across all levels, providing training and coaching on improvement tools and production systems to build engagement and employee capability. Maintaining production systems, including M3 (Business Operating System). Assisting with regular reporting of business KPIs. This role is ideal for a candidate who is experienced in manufacturing and leading teams. We're looking for someone who can embrace and promote our Company values: roll up our sleeves and get things done, proactively seek out opportunities to improve the business, take accountability for KPIs and targets, strive to be the best you can, and embrace new ideas, approaches and opportunities as the business evolves and grows. Qualifications Experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing or similar environment (which may include team leader/leading hand). Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Technology or Food Science will be highly desirable but not mandatory. Be well organised and deliver outcomes. Well rounded technical, analytical, and problem solving skills. A proven record of meeting goals and delivering results. Experience working in Food, FMCG or High Speed Packaging environment would be highly desirable. Experience training, coaching and developing factory employees & working with Continuous Improvement systems is a definite advantage in this role, but not essential. This is a full-time, permanent position based at National Head Office and Production site in Mulgrave.
