The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Foreman / Leading Hand to join our passionate team for an upcoming project located in Avalon, Northern Sydney . Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll lead on-site operations and work closely with a dedicated Contracts Administrator and Site team. This opportunity offers flexibility to come on board either as a direct employee or as a subcontractor, depending on your preference. Key Responsibilities Overseeing on-site operations and coordinating daily activities for commercial fit-outs across Retail, Office, Hospitality, and Medical sectors, with the immediate project based in Avalon Ensuring all construction is delivered in compliance with Australian standards Implementing and maintaining quality control processes Managing QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment) systems and ensuring compliance Establishing and managing site operations Managing project programs and schedules Coordinating design and ensuring alignment with project requirements Managing subcontractors and suppliers effectively Building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders What You’ll Bring Minimum 2 years' local experience as a Site Foreman, ideally within fit-out projects Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings A solid understanding of construction phases and workflows A proactive, relationship-driven approach to project delivery Why Join SHEETH?
