About the opportunity Brighton Honda, Chery & Geely has an opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join our team. We are seeking a highly organized, reliable and professional Receptionist with a friendly manner to join our team. This position will be our first point of contact to welcome visitors to our Dealership & over the telephone, the role also includes general administrative support and day-to-day assistance across the business. Days/Hours Mondays 8:30am to 1:00pm. Wednesdays 1:00pm to 5:30pm. Thursdays 8:30am to 1:00pm. Fridays 1:00pm to 5:30pm. Responsibilities Greet & welcome clients. Direct visitors to the appropriate team member, or location. Answer, assess, forward incoming calls. Assist with general administration duties such as, but not limited to, ordering supplies, scanning & archiving documents, and maintaining files. What We’re Looking For Well-presented with a professional and friendly manner. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in a receptionist or admin role (preferred but not essential). Confident phone manner and strong attention to detail. Good time management and organisational skills. Competent with data entry and basic computer software. A positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Please note this is a Maternity Leave Cover contract. Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential. What you do need is a solid work ethic, a positive attitude and a passion for achieving excellence.
