GTS has a strong reputation in the transport industry due to its focus on customer service, safety and compliance. We’re seeking an experienced Chep Agency Controller to join our team in Mildura. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the position is responsible for providing support and efficiencies throughout the depot to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and the provision of warehousing services and despatch as per customer requirements. About the Role Monitor stock levels, record movements, and manage stocktakes. Pick, pack, dispatch, load/unload vehicles, and rotate stock. Supervise a Forklift Operator and support daily warehouse operations. Maintain HACCP standards, safety compliance, and equipment checks. Assist with inventory control, reporting, and customer support. What You’ll Bring Forklift licence & Chain of Responsibility knowledge. 3+ years’ warehousing or logistics experience. Strong computer, communication, and supervisory skills. Knowledge of load restraint guidelines. HACCP knowledge (desirable).
