Principal Contaminated Land Specialist – Epic Environmental We’re looking for a Principal Contaminated Land Specialist to join our VIC team. You’ll take the lead on contaminated land investigations, site remediation, and environmental risk strategy — working closely with our EPA‑accredited Site Auditor and national CLM team. What You’ll Be Doing Leading contaminated land investigations (PSIs, DSIs, RAPs, validation) Managing field programs, contractors, and junior staff Overseeing data interpretation, reporting and recommendations Liaising with clients, auditors, regulators and internal teams Supporting regulatory approvals and stakeholder engagement Developing proposals and contributing to business development Mentoring junior consultants and building technical capability What You’ll Need Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology or related field 15+ years of experience in contaminated land consulting in Australia Strong working knowledge of QLD and national legislation (EP Act, NEPM) Excellent writing, reporting and client communication skills A proactive, solutions‑focused approach to complex sites Desire to lead, mentor, and grow your technical influence What’s In It For You Based in Melbourne Competitive salary + performance‑based incentives National projects and cross‑state collaboration Work‑from‑home options and flexible schedules A genuinely supportive, ego‑free team culture Pathway to technical leadership or site auditor support roles Apply now: Follow us: LinkedIn Check out our projects: Let’s transform contaminated land management in Queensland — and make it Epic. #J-18808-Ljbffr
