Specialist recruitment covering Data Analytics & Cyber Security Help shape the future of enterprise AI by leading the architecture and technical design of a major AI capability uplift program. This is a strategic role for an experienced architect who can balance innovation, governance, and delivery to enable safe, scalable and impactful AI across a large, complex organisation. What you’ll do: Lead the technical architecture for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise and regulatory standards. Develop key artefacts such as solution outlines, integration patterns, capability models and roadmaps. Establish AI governance, ethical guidelines, and operating models that support sustainable adoption. Build and enhance AI environments, including Azure and AWS sandboxes for experimentation. Curate a catalogue of secure, sanctioned AI tools. Architect and support delivery of priority AI use cases with high business impact. Partner with senior leaders, engineers, data teams and vendors to shape and deliver end-to-end AI solutions. What you bring: Strong background in Enterprise & Solution Architecture. Deep understanding of AI technologies, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and data governance. Experience designing secure APIs, cloud-native patterns, and integration architectures. Ability to establish governance frameworks aligned with ethical and regulatory standards. Proven capability in developing operating models, capability frameworks and multi-year roadmaps. Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex concepts. Experience guiding delivery teams and ensuring architectural integrity across initiatives. Qualifications: Degree in Information Technology or related field (preferred). Experience delivering architecture within large, enterprise-scale programs. Strong knowledge of data privacy, security and compliance requirements.
