Job Description Smit Lamnalco Australia is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified Deck Officers (3rd Mate) for its emergency towage capability vessel. This is a Cairns-based vessel, which replaced the Coral Knight, providing emergency towage capability and supports aids to navigation in the Northern Great Barrier Reef area. Fantastic opportunity to be part of a brand new purpose built emergency towage vessel for a long term contract. To be successful you must have a minimum AMSA qualification of: STCW CoC Watchkeeper Deck (STCW Reg II/1) Qualifications DP Operator DP Maintenance Confined Space Working at Heights Fast Rescue Craft Crane Operator Dogging/Rigging This is a five week on/five week of roster.
