Responsibilities: Team Leadership Extraordinaire: Partner with the Centre Director to bring your leadership skills to life, helping shape the direction and day-to-day magic of the centre. Mentor & Inspire: Be the go-to mentor for the team, creating a positive, collaborative vibe where everyone thrives and feels supported. Compliance with a Smile: Keep us on track with all regulations and quality standards – making sure everything runs smoothly, but with a smile and a bit of fun along the way Family Champion: Build awesome connections with families, working together to support each child’s unique learning and growth journey. Centre Innovator: Contribute your fresh ideas and creative solutions to help improve and grow the centre, making it an even more exciting place for children, families, and educators. Create and bring to life an exciting, developmentally rich program that sparks every child’s curiosity and supports their physical, emotional, social, and intellectual growth meeting them exactly where they are and helping them shine Build warm, engaging connections by communicating openly and enthusiastically with families and all other stakeholders keeping everyone informed, involved, and excited about what’s happening in the centre Dive into ongoing professional development adventures continuously growing your skills, expanding your knowledge, and keeping your passion for learning alive Lead inspiring, skill‑boosting training sessions that empower and uplift our team helping staff grow, shine, and bring their very best to the centre every day Qualifications/ Certifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent Loads of creativity and a strong understanding of early childhood development Great communication and organisational skills Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willing to obtain) Working with Children Check Mandatory Report Training Food Safety and Allergen Training Requirements: • Strong leadership and communication skills • Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software • Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Strong organisational and time management skills Competitive Pay: Enjoy above‑award wages and additional incentives Childcare Discounts: Save on childcare costs for your family Wellness Support: Access our Employee Assistance Program for your well‑being.
