Location: Australia & New Zealand (National role, travel required) Employment Type: Full-Time About Anovia Aesthe-tech Anovia Aesthe-tech is a new business to the Aesthetic Industry comprised of experienced industry professionals who will be distributing and training premium medical aesthetic technologies across Australia and New Zealand, partnering with high‑end clinics to deliver results‑driven treatment solutions supported by world‑class education, safety, and clinical excellence. Role Overview The Lead Clinical Manager is a senior clinical leadership role responsible for overseeing, delivering, and continuously elevating clinical education, training standards, and safety governance across all Anovia Aesthetic partners in Australia and New Zealand. This role will be critical to underpinning sales and ensuring our clinic partners are fully supported across all modalities, while driving best‑practice compliance, training consistency, and clinical performance across the group. Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate advanced clinical education and hands‑on training for clinic partners across multiple aesthetic technologies (Including but not limited to: Skin Analysis, Hydrodermabrasion, RF Microneedling, HIFU, Laser, and emerging modalities). Coordinate and manage clinical training schedules in collaboration with the wider Clinical Training Team. Develop, implement, and maintain clinical training protocols, SOPs, treatment guidelines, and onboarding frameworks. Ensure all training documentation, consent forms, treatment records, and compliance paperwork are completed to regulatory and internal standards. Oversee clinical governance including monitoring, reporting, and managing any clinical adverse events or treatment escalations. Work closely with the Head of Sales to provide expert clinical support during device launches, key account training, and partnership retention strategies. Act as a clinical escalation and advisory point for all medical aesthetic queries from clinics and internal stakeholders. Ensure alignment with TGA regulations, local health regulations, and Anovia’s internal clinical compliance standards. Drive continuous improvement in training methodology, partner education experience, and post‑training support. Collaborate with the Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure all clinical education is commercially aligned and treatment outcomes are elevated. Skills & Experience Minimum 3–5+ years’ experience in medical aesthetics, dermal therapy, or clinical device‑based treatments. Proven experience delivering clinical training or education to practitioners or clinics. Strong knowledge of energy‑based devices (RF, laser, HIFU, hydrodermabrasion, etc). Exceptional understanding of clinical safety, risk management, and adverse event protocol. Confident communicator and educator — across both 1:1 and group training formats. Highly organised, process‑driven, and capable of implementing structure across multiple teams. Ability to travel nationally (and occasionally internationally) as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
