Overview Securities Services - Product Manager, Investment Middle Office Services - Vice President, Australia. The Product Manager in Investment Middle Offices Services (IMOS) is an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you voice the customer, develop profitable products that provide customer value, guide successful launches, gather feedback, and ensure high-quality client experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and stable products that exceed client expectations. Responsibilities Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap and value proposition Builds the framework and tracks key success metrics (cost, functionality, risk posture, reliability) Responds to new deal activities and crafts responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to capture new business opportunities Assist in defining the global product strategy to align with company goals and market demands Drive the product roadmap by defining and implementing service offerings in response to market trends, client requirements, expansions, and regulatory changes; collaborate with Product Development on roadmap Collaborate on marketing materials and with Product Development to expand the product portfolio Assess and mitigate risks and issues to ensure stability and compliance Act as escalation point and decision-maker on client change agendas, ensuring changes are understood, necessary, and beneficial Assist in managing the product's Profit & Loss (P&L) Review and enhance operating model and technology in collaboration with Operations and Technology teams Develop and deliver training materials and education programs for broader team and stakeholder knowledge Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Demonstrated prior experience in a highly matrixed, complex organization About Us J.P.
