Casual Disability Support Worker – Albury/Wodonga & Surrounds Championed with Heart Pty Ltd is a small, values-driven disability support business providing warm, consistent and person-centred support across Albury, Wodonga and surrounding areas. We are expanding our team and are looking for positive, reliable and experienced Casual Disability Support Workers with strong values, excellent communication and a genuine passion for empowering people with disability. About the Role Available for 8:00am starts Available to work Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day (public holiday rates) Available for before and/or after-school shifts (school pick-ups, 3pm–6pm) Consistent, dependable, and committed to building trust with clients Confident supporting children, teens and adults with a range of abilities This role includes Personal care Community access and social outings Daily living support Before and after-school supports Emotional regulation and coping support (non-clinical) Building independence, routines, confidence and safety skills Supporting NDIS goals in everyday environments Activity participation (parks, events, gaming, sport, swimming, hobbies etc.) Why Join Championed with Heart?
