About the Role We seek an enthusiastic student or recent graduate to learn alongside a highly experienced certified commercial valuer in Townsville. No experience is necessary as you will learn every element of the valuation process from the initiation stage, compliance with client rules and industry governance, network development, conducting market research analysis, inspection, and reporting of commercial properties. As an Assistant Valuer you will learn to use our systems and understand processes, while developing your understanding of commercial property markets. The role will support the commercial valuer, assisting in the field on inspections as well as in all aspects of the production of valuation reports.
