Cyber Security Specialist|Professional Services| CTO Labs
CTO labs is a market-leading M&A and technology solutions consultancy. We help investors buy high performing tech businesses and manage their portfolio risk on tech-focused business investments. We also help our customers modernise their tech environment through digital enhancement, product development and software engineering.
We are a group of dynamic technology advisors that bring rare insight into leading edge software development. We offer technical delivery services, helping to build intuitive platforms and resolve business delivery blockers. We keep our knowledge and skills sharp to provide pragmatic advice to our clients and ‘slice and dice’ tech to be understood and acted on with confidence.
As we grow, we iterate and improve our methods to create clear, commercially savvy tech advice that our clients can rely on, with no need for additional ‘tech to business’ translation.
Cyber Security Specialist - Professional Services
Our Professional Services team works with investors, founders, technology and products teams to implement continuous improvements and iteratively improve tech performance. We have a new product line launching to market which we are very excited about – Secure SDLC. This role will be the champion for this product (amongst other things). We are looking for someone to offer solid Thought Leadership to the business, attending client meetings in a pre-sales capacity, helping mature our offerings and leading our teams with Security Delivery.
We are looking for a candidate passionate about cyber security. Security is a business enabler and you are passionate about designing and implementing frictionless security solutions for our clients. You bring strong consulting experience, working in business and technology environments
●
You are an expert in the Cyber Security space – have worked in all industries sectors and all technical areas across Security.
●
Drive continuous improvement of our cyber security practise by challenging its status quo, identifying areas of cyber risk and improvements, and following industry best practices
●
You love to workshop with clients and present brown bag sessions
●
Your go to objective is uplift over augmentation
●
You have 10 years+ hand on experience in the cyber security space and love leading from the front.
●
You love leading, growing and uplifting teams of passionate, like minded Security specialists.
●
You’d love to head up Security Guilds within the customer organizations
●
You have a passion for and solid Cyber experience experience within fast paced Digital environments
●
You have experience delivering Security Solutions in Agile environments
●
Passion for cyber security as a business enabler in fast-paced environments
●
You love to work across multiple streams in a fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management experience with an ability to translate security and technical information into clear business languageBenefits
