This role sits within our Technology recruitment team. What are we looking for? Our Technology team are looking for our next round of superstars to join our Recruitment Academy where you will take on an Associate Recruitment Consultant role to take your career to an exciting new realm of opportunity flexibility and fun. By joining our National Delivery Team, you will seek to find the best people to join our well‑known client base. Your responsibilities will include : Utilising your research skills & extensive candidate databases to effectively source candidates based upon client requirements Calling, screening and interviewing potential candidates to understand their skill set and career goals, building genuine relationships to help match them to relevant opportunities Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand client needs and support them in finding the best talent Becoming an expert in your dedicated technology specialisation to support and advise as required (don’t worry – we will help with this) Working collaboratively with interstate teams to ensure the best candidate experience Performing general administrative tasks such as writing adverts, formatting resumes, and candidate profile administration About you We are seeking outgoing and engaging individuals who are wanting to start a new and challenging career with long‑term growth opportunities.
