Join to apply for the Cyber GRC Analyst role at BOQ Group About The Role BOQ Group is looking for a Cyber GRC Analyst to join our Group Technology division. We are looking for someone who is keen to learn and build their career in Cyber GRC. The perfect candidate would have a good mix of Data Analytics (utilising Power BI) and Cyber GRC experience. Responsibilities The Cyber GRC Analyst will be responsible for supporting BOQ's risk management program by identifying, assessing, and reporting on cyber risks. They will also be responsible for creating and collecting metrics using Power BI and Excel to measure the effectiveness of BOQ's cyber risk management program. About You You bring a solid foundation in cyber risk management, with at least two years of experience in managing risk, reporting, and creating or collecting metrics. Your strong analytical and problem‑solving skills enable you to identify issues and deliver effective solutions, while your excellent communication and collaboration abilities help you work seamlessly across teams. You are comfortable working independently as well as contributing to a team environment. Experience with tools such as ServiceNow (preferred), Power BI, and Excel will set you up for success in this role. A good understanding of industry standards and frameworks—such as CIS18, NIST, ISO, and COBIT—is essential to ensure compliance and best practices. While not mandatory, a bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management) and industry certifications like CRISC, CISM, CISSP, or CISA would be highly regarded.
