We’re on the hunt for a Senior Marketing Coordinator — a creative powerhouse who loves turning big ideas into scroll‑stopping moments. You’ll be leading the charge on everything from content strategy and campaign execution to email flows, paid ads and influencer buzz. Senior Marketing Coordinator — eCommerce (Kids Interiors & Playroom Furniture) Campbellfield, Vic (Onsite) Full‑time What You’ll Do Lead the creation of fresh, fun, and bold content across all channels — organic and paid Manage multi‑channel campaign calendars and facilitate exciting new product launches Build and optimise engaging Klaviyo email flows, SMS campaigns, and customer automations Oversee international customer segmentation and campaigns (AU / USA / CA) Create and manage paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads Edit videos, shoot content, and get hands‑on with our creative process (you’re not camera‑shy) Design assets in Canva or Adobe and collaborate with our creative team to bring concepts to life Mentor and delegate to our Junior Marketing Coordinator Report directly to our Managing Director and work closely with leadership on brand strategy What You Bring 3+ years in marketing coordination or digital marketing (eCommerce experience essential) Strong understanding of paid media (Meta, Google Ads) and email marketing (Klaviyo) Confident in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite Experience with content planning, scheduling, and influencer management Basic HTML skills and familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms (a plus) Comfortable in front of the camera and brimming with creative energy Organised, proactive, and ready to jump into a rapidly scaling brand A natural mentor who loves empowering others Why Jellybean Interiors?
