Senior Associate, Deal Structuring - Emerging Corporate & Origination Full-time position in Melbourne or Sydney CBD. Key Responsibilities Provide high quality financial and risk analysis as well as financial modelling on complex lending submissions Ensure that all group exposures have been accurately assessed, with support from Associate Director DSE. Ensure that a commercial approach is evident, to protect both clients and the Bank Gather the correct and appropriate information from customers and the Relationship Team Assist the Relationship Team in building exceptional customer relationships Provide support to Associate Director DSE Analyse and prepare detailed Lending Submissions in conjunction with the Emerging Corporate Relationship Teams, Associate DSE and Associate Director DSE, including production of new to bank, increased and annual review submissions End to end credit submission preparation, client evaluation, industry and benchmarking analysis, financial analysis including sensitivities, primary & secondary exit analysis Risk rating to ensure correct risk profile is reflected Covenant reporting confirmation / explanation Hold own DCA (Delegated Commitment Authority) for joint recommendation of submissions Complete mandatory training and continuous training obligations to maintain DCA authority Involvement in interviews with customers and Relationship Team Coaching, mentoring and development of Associate DS&E and Relationship Team around large and complex operations and financial analysis Proactively manage risk and meet all policy and compliance requirements Contribute to revenue and ROE growth, including pricing considerations as part of file completion / approval Risk and compliance management, identifying early warning signs of deteriorating credit or market/industry disturbances Diversity & Inclusion A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone.
