Estates Project Manager – Kingston Business School Kingston University London is seeking to appoint an Estates Project Manager to lead and deliver capital projects on the Kingston University Estate. This important role within the Estates and Sustainability Team focuses on delivering the University's ambitious sustainability goals through operational excellence, collaboration, and innovation. Job Details Faculty/Directorate: Finance, Infrastructure and Human Resources School/Function: Estates Contract type: Permanent Location: Penrhyn Road Actual hours: 37 Salary: £45,** – £48,** Posted date: 15/12/2025 Closing date: 11/01/2026 Reference No: **** Responsibilities Lead and deliver capital projects from inception to completion across a varied university-wide portfolio, including construction, building infrastructure and services projects and energy management projects. Manage refurbishment of existing space. Adhere to in-house project management and document control processes, following provided direction. Deliver projects within agreed parameters of design quality, cost and programme. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing tangible improvements across a complex and evolving estate. Qualifications Construction professional with knowledge of UK building construction, design and project management. Relevant experience to deliver projects within agreed parameters of design quality, cost and programme. Strong project management, communication and organisational skills. Ability to work collaboratively and drive change that benefits students and staff. Eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act ****.
