Role Description This is a full-time on-site Support Officer role, located in the Greater Sydney Area. The Support Officer will handle daily tasks such as ensuring high-quality customer service, providing technical support, and actively assisting both the Processing and Operations teams. Tasks include addressing client inquiries, maintaining communication across departments, and supporting internal processes to foster seamless business operations. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities to engage with clients and teams Analytical skills to assess processes and resolve issues effectively Proficiency in customer service to address inquiries and build sustainable client relationships Experience in providing technical support to resolve operational challenges Adaptable and collaborative mindset to work in a fast-paced and supportive environment Experience in the finance or mortgage industry would be advantageous Capability to manage time effectively and work on-site in the Greater Sydney Area Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
