As an Regional Manager you will oversee program management contract delivery / performance and financial viability at the regional level. This role is responsible for strategic program initiation monitoring and driving regional performance fostering collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders and ensuring the implementation of the WFA Deed Guideline Performance Framework and BESTs Service Delivery Model. At times this position may require travel to outreach sites to support team performance and operations. About You To be successful in this role you will be a self‑motivated and resilient leader with : Relevant qualifications in Management Employment Services and / or Community Services (desired but not essential) Ability to lead coach and drive a diverse team ideally with experience in developing other leaders. Ability to foster a positive culture and create and maintain a safe working environment. High level communication negotiation and interpersonal skills. High level critical thinking skills with the ability to remain solution focused. Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask. Excellent attention to detail with strong digital literacy and administrative skills. Demonstrated business acumen and commercial awareness. Demonstrated ability to critically analyse information and resolve problems in an informed timely and effective manner.
