Clean Energy Fuels Australia – Kwinana Beach WA Location: Kwinana, WA Business Unit: Downstream LNG (EVOL LNG) Full-Time | Permanent Role $50 per hour + allowances for working away About Us EVOL LNG is a leader in LNG distribution, supplying gas to remote power stations and industrial customers across Western Australia. Our business relies on a growing fleet of LNG road tankers and on-site LNG storage and vaporisation facilities. As part of OCTA’s Downstream LNG business, we are committed to delivering safe, reliable, and efficient LNG supply. To support the growth of our new Kwinana Maintenance Facility, we are building a dedicated team that combines yard, driving, and trade support functions. About the Role We are seeking a Yard Driver / Trades Assistant to join our Downstream LNG team. This hybrid role will primarily report to the Distribution Manager and is responsible for the safe movement of prime movers, road tankers, trailers, and ISO tanks within our Kwinana facility and to/from external service providers. Some redeployment to regional depots will be required to support when required (regional allowances paid). When driving requirements are limited, you will support the workshop team at the Kwinana Maintenance Facility and assist with field work at company and customer sites. It’s a role that blends driving with trade support — offering variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to build your skills in both logistics and maintenance. Key Responsibilities Safely move heavy vehicles and LNG fleet assets within the Kwinana facility and to/from external depots Assist with LNG loading/unloading activities when required Support workshop technicians with maintenance, inspections, and basic mechanical tasks Contribute to yard organisation, cleaning, and housekeeping Participate in toolbox meetings, risk assessments, and safety initiatives Report hazards, incidents, and unsafe practices promptly Travel to external depots or customer sites as needed About You To be successful in this role, you’ll bring: Current WA MC Driver’s Licence (mandatory) Dangerous Goods Driver’s Licence (mandatory) Minimum 4 years’ experience operating triple and/or quad road trains (essential) Forklift High Risk Licence (mandatory) Experience in transport, logistics, and/or workshop environments Strong safety record and ability to manage fatigue within WA guidelines Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach Additional qualifications such as Working at Heights, EWP Licence, Scissor Lift Licence, First Aid, or experience with MTData will be highly regarded.
