Overview We’re looking for a professional and customer-service focused individual to join our courier operations team as a fleet coordinator. Our position works at the front line of medical logistics servicing some of Australia’s largest med‑tech companies. The role of a Fleet Coordinator is day‑to‑day courier service operations management. The role fundamentally involves managing an extremely competent and resourceful courier fleet that provides time‑critical transport to companies in the Medical Industry, IT, Government and many other businesses with urgent logistics opportunities. Responsibilities Receiving transport requests Interpreting the important customers’ requirements Selection and job allocation to couriers Ongoing track and trace Clear and constructive communications Qualifications Ability to work in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment Confidence using computer systems and learning new applications A positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to help the team Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team Strong customer service and communication skills High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities Experience in urgent transport operations This new opportunity is taking applications over December and January for a commencement in 2026.
