Lead delivery of strategic projects through collaborative, informed methodology that bridges clinical, operational, and strategic functions. Contribute to improving the outcomes of young people's futures. Fixed term, full-time position until 30th June 2027 based in Melbourne. VPS Grade 6.2 role: $162,077 - $185,518 per year plus superannuation. Oversee a multi-disciplinary leadership team to establish and monitor robust clinical governance, performance and evaluation frameworks, and training and development for staff that supports ongoing delivery and service improvement of the Statewide Rehabilitation Service. Oversee the design and implementation of new monitoring and reporting systems and processes that allow critical analysis of performance and outcome data, service evaluation and enable identification of trends to inform continuous improvement and service design. Support the delivery of rehabilitation services across the State in collaboration with Senior Managers of SRS Community, and Rehabilitation and Outcomes at each custodial precinct. Oversee the development of resources to support adherence to the Child Safe Standards, including through procedures, training and including voice of young people and families in service evaluation. Support workforce capability and uplift through the management of delivery of clinical induction and training, and ongoing clinical professional development. Work locations include Melbourne, and Youth Justice Precincts or Justice Service Centres as required (hybrid arrangement with remote working as agreed). To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have High level of subject matter knowledge or expertise in forensic clinical interventions or related areas such as criminology, psychology, social work, mental health or youth work. Demonstrated experience in leading and effectively managing a team of professionals to deliver services within a complex service system. A full driver’s licence is required. You will be required to obtain a Working with Children Check, which you will need to maintain for the period of employment.
