Overview At Hearth , we connect caring, local people with participants in Bendigo and surrounding areas — so you can support people in your own community to live the life they want. What you'll do Support participants to live their best lives by providing care and companionship in Bendigo and surrounding areas Build real connections with people and make a difference every day Offer regular shifts close to home with morning, day, evening and overnight options What you'll need A driver's licence and insured car (you may be travelling locally) The right to work in Australia NDIS Worker Screening Check (or be willing to get one) First Aid/CPR and a Working With Children Check (or be willing to get them) A genuine passion for helping people live their best lives It's a bonus if you have Certificate III/IV in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services (or similar) Lived experience with disability Special skills or hobbies you'd like to share with participants We value diversity and encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, people with disability, lived experience and applicants from all cultural backgrounds to apply.
