10+ years of experience in operations, project management, and strategic planning in similar positions, must have written board papers for mediumtolarge size businessStrong leadership skills and experience managing crossfunctional teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to translate complex technical concepts into business termsProven track record of delivering technology solutions that drive business valueKnowledge of the financial services industry and regulatory compliance requirements a plus

Key Responsibilities :

Work closely with the CIO to identify, prioritize and align technology initiatives with the company's overall business strategy.Write key board papers for presentationRunning large scale $70M+ budget at high level1st line risk management, steer co and operational riskAccountable for Vendor managementSupply & Demand EtcKeep the operation rhythm running smoothlyFacilitate communication between IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and buyin.Oversee the daytoday operations of the IT department, including budget management and resource allocation.Analyze market trends and emerging technologies to identify potential areas for investment and improvement.Develop and implement IT governance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with other members of the executive team to drive technologyenabled business growth.
